it’s nice that okular lets you place your signature as PDF annotation, but it’s not nice that it rasterizes it to barely legible potato resolution
i wanted to keep PDF forms intact so i used pyMuPDF instead to add the image. incredibly, that entire program only took 13 lines of code
(no, germans have not figured out how to use digital signatures yet)
