@mia@shrimptest.0x0.st@georgia @scathach those are prescribed at way lower dosages for postmenopausal hrt, typically 1-2mg oral/day for estradiol which is has terrible bioavailability and is basically nothing when you don’t have ovaries to begin with. i was on 6-8mg sublingual and it didn’t have nearly as much of an effect on my skin as injections
